If you can relate, I'm here for you. My intent is to help you gain the things you want in life, whether to obtain a goal, improve a relationship, or achieve peace. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to help change behaviors and manage anxiety and depression. I also use Christian Cognitive Behavior Therapy with clients who rely on their faith to help them cope with life. My other go-to tools include Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
