In our sessions we will ride the line between spirituality and psychology. You will learn to be comfortable with discomfort. I will help you connect with yourself on a deeper level. We will uncover your patterns, learn how to implement boundaries, and develop a relationship with yourself. From the minute we meet we will be building a relationship based on trust and authenticity. I strive to create a place where you can be yourself. A place that feels safe to face the things you avoid.
Together, we will help you develop a witness of your life and experiences. You will gain the ability to connect with the present moment and calm your nervous system. You will learn to accept things as they are instead of the way you might want them to be. I will teach your how to regulate your emotions and process past trauma. You will stop ruminating and learn to trust your body and regain your intuition. We rebuild the way you see yourself, others, and the world. I have seen this transformation in my clients and want you to experience the true joy life has to offer.
