Nicci Ramsey
Individual and family psychotherapy is most effective when the goals and strategies for change are identified by the individual or family and address the needs of each member. I believe that by gaining a sense of empowerment, people can achieve goals through a collaborative therapy process and create improvement in their lives. My role is to support you as you develop new skills, repair and build relationships, all while developing lifelong skills in managing difficult and stressful life events or challenges. I have a tremendous respect for ethics, being client centered, LGBTQ2SIA+ affirming, cultural sensitivity, and strength based care. My approach to therapy, grounded in evidence-based practices, will be shaped based on your unique strengths and needs. I look forward to opportunities to collaborate with you and support you through your therapy process.
