College can be stressful, and navigating the journey from adolescence to adulthood can be challenging, but you don't have to do it alone. I have years of experience working with teens and young adults and my goal is to help you build resilience, confidence, and the tools you need to thrive during this pivotal stage of life. In our sessions, we’ll focus on practical strategies to manage emotions, navigate relationships, and tackle obstacles with confidence. Whether it’s adjusting to new responsibilities, planning for the future, or coping with academic and social pressures, I’m here to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you succeed.

Together, we’ll develop personalized solutions to foster emotional growth and set the foundation for a fulfilling, balanced adult life. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), we will collaboratively address challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, transitions, and self-esteem.
