ARC provides counseling & coaching for those of us who are familiar with experiences of pain and disconnection. Our clinicians are people, trained to practice and teach trauma informed evidence-based practices that help strengthen the spirit and mind. ARC was founded in 2018 to provide DBT, RODBT, CBT, ERP, Somatic & Trauma therapy (including SE, EMDR, & TFCBT) in Atlanta to serve our growing diverse community. We provide behavioral, cognitive, and sensory therapies that offering real, lasting change and well as enduring relief.

OUR GOAL IS TO HELP YOU MOVE PAST TOLERATING LIFE AND FIND NEW WAYS OF BEING THAT ALREADY LIVE INSIDE OF YOU.
