Ngawang Legshe is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 14 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, families with diverse backgrounds. Dr. Legshe is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based practices and utilizes integrative psychotherapy, Buddhist psychology, evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to address depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and relationship issues. Dr. Legshe obtained his doctorate in social work at Tulane University and speaks English, Tibetan and Hindi. He enjoys gardening, soccer games with two boys and interacting with birds.
