I welcome people from all backgrounds into a non-judgmental, safe space in which trust and confidentiality are of utmost importance. My approach is client-centered, relationship-centered, and collaborative. My goal is to help you find patterns in thoughts, beliefs, emotions, dreams, and relationships in order to gain insight into your current self. I listen, validate, guide, introduce holistic practices of mind-body-spirit, and teach here-and-now techniques. Therapy may include Talking, Art, Movement, Expressive, and Spiritual practices.
