New River Counseling

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LMSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 12 days ago

I'm committed to helping people in building (or rebuilding) a life worth living, however they define it. Whether you're looking for a way forward after a loss, struggling to adjust to a new situation, or just feeling overwhelmed, you don't have to face it alone.

With a therapeutic approach informed by Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I tailor interventions to suit each person's unique needs and goals. I believe in the importance of not just having the words to describe our emotions and the skills to manage them, but in understanding where our emotions are coming from in the first place.

I'm especially passionate about supporting students and young professionals as they navigate the ups and downs of emerging adulthood.

Therapy is most effective when it's with a provider you connect with.
Schedule a consultation to see if I'd be the right therapist for you.
