Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use, Trauma, and other issues can all hinder our ability to experience peace and fulfillment in life. To look inward and explore the root of suffering is a challenging but rewarding endeavor. If you find yourself in need of support on this journey, we would be honored to accompany you.
New Peaks Counseling specializes in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and relationship issues. We use a compassionate approach with an emphasis on mindfulness and experiential therapy.
Suffering is an experience we all have in common, and you don't need to take this journey alone. I am looking forward to hearing from you as you take the first step towards a peaceful and fulfilling life.
