New London County Psychology
Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Psychologists
With literally hundreds of therapists in New London County alone, it is hard to know who to see. There are so many different degrees, license types, and approaches. By contacting us, we'll help you find a good match with a therapist in our large Waterford practice. If we cannot find you a good match within our practice, we will find you one outside of it either nearby or elsewhere in the county. There is no charge, either way.
That is our guarantee to you. Please give us a call or send us an e-mail and one of our therapists or staff will get back to you promptly with suggestions. We have people at almost all price levels and insurances (Husky, Medicaid, Anthem, etc.).
Note for therapists/prescribers who happen to be reading this: We are further expanding our practice, and welcome any inquiries, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Avoidance & Procrastination (anxiety/depression)
The only group of its kind in the region, "Avoidance & Procrastination" is open to nice people who are caring about others, but find it difficult to ensure their own needs are met, especially when it comes to doing things that would be fulfilling. You may find it difficult to confront others, especially if it is about themselves, and so avoid doing so. Or, you may know there are things you should do, but you ***procrastinate***. At an affordable every four weeks, group members consistently remark of its value and accept that it is okay to invest in themselves.
