New Life Therapy, a virtual group therapy practice dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health care for individuals, couples, and children.

At New Life Therapy, we believe in making mental health support both accessible and culturally responsive. Our diverse team of licensed professionals brings expertise in treating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues affecting BIPOC communities. We’re also excited to soon offer EMDR therapy as part of our growing list of services.
