Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Registered Dietitians

We are a group practice of Registered Dietitians. Our approach is collaborative and grounded in the understanding that eating concerns often intersect with mental health, including anxiety, depression, OCD, and neurodivergence. We have a HAES (Health At Every Size) approach, are trauma-informed, and provide gender and queer affirming care. We are members of the Columbia River Eating Disorder Network and our dietitians have worked in higher levels of care for eating disorder recovery. With our training and experience, we understand how to support folks wherever they are in their recovery journey and aim to meet people where they're at.

We also support folks without eating disorders who are looking for weight-inclusive nutrition counseling support for various health needs, including blood sugar management, PCOS, and eating with neurodivergence.
