Hello! We’re a small therapy practice based in Hamden, CT, offering flexible telehealth sessions (and a few in‑person spots). Our team includes both male and female therapists who have a lot of experience working with college students and young adults.
We use evidence‑based approaches like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and supportive therapy to help you manage stress, navigate big transitions, build healthier habits, and feel more grounded.
