This is a treatment program with multiple providers, including:
Serving Pierce County! New Journeys provides intensive wrap-around services for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis or are within two years of receiving an initial diagnosis of a schizophrenia spectrum disorder. We have six team members who each provide a different skill set to help our clients: Program Director (a licensed counselor), IRT (Individual Resiliency Therapist), Supportive Education and Employment Specialist, Nurse Practitioner, Case Manager, and Peer Support Specialist. We provide services to clients in their homes, out in the community, or via telehealth depending on client preference. Together we work to stabilize these individuals by working with them and their families and link them with resources and therapeutic techniques so that they can be successful. Clients remain on the caseload for up to two years.
