We are a small group therapy practice providing virtual and in-person services with a single mission: To be a part of your journey of your healing process, providing empowerment to you, and encouraging self-discovery.
Our therapists employ a range of therapeutic modalities, and as such, we work on connecting you with the best fit match for yourself. We also are here to help you navigate life transitions, whether it's starting school, picking a career path, starting an internship, or beginning your post-college life.
Our therapists also have varied schedules, and can accommodate evening and weekend appointments. We have therapists who are able to see clients in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. We are able to provide in person services at our office in Gaithersburg, or telehealth appointments anywhere in the DMV.
