New Chapter Counseling LLC
I believe that healing happens in safe, compassionate relationships where you feel truly seen and understood. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, therapy can be a space to gently explore what’s beneath the surface and begin moving toward meaningful change.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps process and heal from distressing experiences. I also integrate an attachment-based perspective, recognizing how early relationships shape the way we connect with ourselves and others. Together, we can work to understand patterns, build resilience, and create new ways of relating that feel more secure and fulfilling.
My style is collaborative and compassionate. I aim to meet you where you are, honoring both your struggles and your strengths. Healing is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your inner capacity for growth, clarity, and peace.
Reaching out for support can be difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
