am a therapist specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, and insecure attachment styles. If you grew up feeling invalidated, misunderstood, or mistreated by your family of origin, you might struggle with your relationships and mental health as an adult. You’ve probably heard of attachment styles and know you want to work on yours, but you aren’t sure where to start. Instead, you feel stuck in endless cycles of people-pleasing, disconnection, poor communication styles, fatigue, hypervigilance, harsh self-criticism, and low self-esteem.
I’m here to help you gently unravel the levels of shame and anxiety that keep you from finding and maintaining healthy, fulfilling relationships. My approach is person-centered, which means I’m committed to understanding you and the various influences that have shaped your life.
I draw from multiple therapeutic models, including unconditional positive regard, EMDR, and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy). As a therapist for complex trauma, I believe deeply in creating a down-to-earth, nurturing space where you can show up fully as you are, whatever that looks like. Your whole self is welcome and wanted here.
