Congratulations on taking the first step towards healing! People deserve the right to heal from their past experiences and it would be an honor to walk through that journey with you. I prioritize having an open and warm therapeutic space so that you feel empowered when we may end up face to face with the uncomfortable, which is often where the healing happens! My therapeutic approach is guided with compassion, empathy, and the idea that every person deserves the right to heal and has the capacity to do so internally.

I specialize in trauma treatment and have provided trauma services to children, adolescents & adults who struggle with current & ongoing traumas, as well as with processing past traumas. I trust that my client is the expert on their own experience. With this expertise and my training & experience with treating trauma, together we are able to find healing.

The last thing that you want to face when working hard to secure a therapist is to find out that you’re not the best match after the first session. That’s why I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation for us to learn more about each other and determine if we’re a good fit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to take the first step towards healing today!
