Our services, including psychotherapy, eating psychology coaching, and neurofeedback brainwave training are designed to meet you where you are and help you build a healthier relationship with food, your body, others, and yourself. Whether you prefer in-person sessions in Agoura Hills, CA, or the flexibility of telehealth, our caring and experienced team is ready to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth. We also offer YELLOW Mind Eating Recovery Subscription for $39/month. It includes a 12 learning modules that guide a healthier relationship with food and your body, group coaching, and AI support.
