Nazli Koyl
Everyone has a story. I am a person-centered licensed professional counselor who believes in collaborative work with the client. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as solution focused therapy to help my clients reach their personal goals. I also utilize existential counseling, and multicultural counseling. In addition to seeing clients in-person in Knoxville, I am also available online to all adult residents of TN for private pay.
I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between the therapist and client. While I am a skilled and trained professional, I am not an expert of you or your life. You have lived unique moments that define who you are. My role is to provide you with the necessary tools to help you cope with difficulties. My role is also to help you make sense of your life, help you identify your feelings, and help you become better at expressing yourself with others. Whatever it is you are struggling with, collaboration between therapist and client is key to helping you find peace and resolution.
