Anxiety and trauma hold a lot of people back, we provide relief and renewed hope to live a calm and confident life. We help you get back to being productive after struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or alcohol misuse. We are a group practice and have several therapists available. We are open 7 days/week. We offer individual, couples, group, and online therapy. Current groups: Dating and Relationships, Mindful Sobriety. We are in-network with Aetna Insurance, United Behavioral Health Student Resources (New School Students), and out-of-network with all other major insurance.
