Psychologist, Psy.D.
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I view therapy as a collaborative process in which we can explore difficult feelings, promote greater self-understanding, and cultivate self-compassion. There is great care in building safe and warm relationships with my clients as they heal from pain and adversity and discover their capacity for growth and resilience.
I support children, adolescents, and young adults, with a wide range of struggles including anxiety, depression, trauma and grief, and interpersonal conflict. My experience consists of providing psychotherapy in a variety of settings including schools, rape crisis centers, residential treatment facilities, and adolescent inpatient units.
Throughout treatment, I offer therapy through a psychodynamic and culturally-sensitive lens, while incorporating skills-based models, such as DBT and CBT, to help clients overcome life's obstacles and reach their full potential.
