Hi! I'm Natasha, and I am so glad you are here. I look forward to working with you on your journey to wellness.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience, specializing in working with adolescents, young adults, and their families. My areas of expertise include addiction, anxiety, children's and adolescent mental and behavioral health, depression, family relationships, life transitions, and stress. I am also a Certified Addiction Specialist and have extensive experience helping clients navigate substance misuse and addiction.

As a therapist, I am warm, empathetic, and supportive. I believe in the importance of cultural competence beyond the annual training required for my licensure, and I take a sensitive, compassionate, and open-minded approach with all my clients. I truly believe in treating each individual as the expert in their own lives, and it is my privilege to walk alongside you through your journey. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, utilizing cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused therapies, as well as motivational interviewing and EMDR-informed techniques. I also draw on the strengths and creativity of my clients to tailor our work together to best meet your needs.

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety and depression, family and relationship issues, school concerns, trauma (especially childhood trauma), and many others. I am versed in the 12-step recovery world and strive to be a well-informed, open-minded, and accepting therapist. I work with a myriad of populations, always mindful of my limitations and ensuring that each client finds the best match for their therapeutic needs.

Please note that you won’t see openings on my schedule because I work with my clients individually to set a time that works best for them week-to-week. At this time, I am only able to see clients virtually.

I am so glad you took the time to read through my profile and consider allowing me to walk alongside you in this journey. Looking forward to working with you!
