Natasha Bailen
Hello and welcome! I am a clinical psychologist, and outside of my private practice, I am also on faculty at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. I specialize in evidence-based treatments for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. Anxiety and fear can limit our lives in a number of ways, leading us to withdraw from people and activities we care about. I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), the gold standard treatment for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders, to help you develop the skills necessary to cope with your symptoms and build a life worth living.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in CBT and exposure therapy for OCD and anxiety disorders (e.g., agoraphobia, panic, phobias, generalized anxiety). I also treat hair-pulling, skin-picking, depression, and perfectionism, and provide skills to help regulate difficult emotions. Please don't hesitate to reach out for a consultation!
