  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

Whether you're new to therapy or feeling stuck in your progress, we can help you overcome challenges, develop practical skills, and experience lasting change. We're passionate about helping individuals find balance and re-establish purpose in their lives. We specialize in supporting individuals in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, boundary setting, and relationships while fostering improved self-esteem and personal growth. LGBTQIA+ affirming! We provide a direct, relational style of therapy and aim to create an open and comfortable space for honest communication.

Our goal is to create a collaborative environment where you feel empowered and supported in your journey of self-understanding. We'll offer our expertise and objective perspective while ensuring you feel safe and heard throughout our work together. And, if you need some comfort, Natalie's dog, Charlie, is there to cuddle! The goal is for you to be comfortable and get what YOU want out of therapy! Reach out or check out our website for more info!
