Natalie Sutton

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I support folks of all gender identities and sexual orientations heal from eating disorders, trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, and depression. My work is somatic, anti-oppressive, and relational. As a Health At Every Size© clinician, I firmly believe all bodies are worthy of dignity, respect, and care. I provide an open, non-judgmental, and warm space to process emotions with curiosity and compassion.

I support clients in feeling centered and balanced through mindful movement, relaxation exercises, and self-compassion techniques. Above all, I value the therapeutic relationship. The attunement, transparency, collaboration, and safety established within the therapeutic relationship are the best tools in healing.

Pain and trauma make it hard to be fully present with others and ourselves. My goal is to help you build the capacity for deep, authentic connections. We develop strategies to survive hardship, yet they often keep us from living as fully as we'd like. Together, we'll interrupt patterns that no longer serve you and explore more empowering, expansive ways to navigate life. I'm here to help you strengthen relationships, find meaning and healing from pain, and invite more of who you really are to come forward.
