Hello and welcome! I am Natalie Hercik, a licensed clinical social worker based in Georgia. Life circumstances and challenges can bring about a range of emotional, physical, and social changes. While we may not be able to change the challenges we face, we can change our responses to them. In our work together, I hope to provide empathy and practical strategies that can make a difference in your well-being and enhance your skill set to navigate life’s stressors.

My clinical experiences have allowed engagement with all age groups in a variety of clinical settings. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. My approach to therapy is individualized and focused on your identified needs and goals. I aim to provide an empathetic, non-judgmental, collaborative environment using evidence-based interventions. While my approach is based in cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment therapy, and mindfulness, I draw upon other therapeutic approaches to ensure that you are receiving the best care I can provide.

I specialize in working with multicultural and diversity issues, anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, life transitions, medical issues and physical health, perinatal support including pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum, sleep disorders, learning disorders, stress, and children's and adolescent mental and behavioral health. I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.

I encourage you to take the first step towards personal growth and well-being. Please reach out if you have any questions. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey.
