Students I work best with are often feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or stuck in patterns that are hard to manage alone. Many are navigating stress related to school, relationships, family dynamics, identity, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, ADHD, or difficulties with emotional regulation and coping skills. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where students can feel heard, understood, and empowered while building healthier coping strategies, improving emotional awareness, and working toward personal growth at their own pace.
