Hello friends! I am licensed in CA and TX. If you are looking to talk with someone who is compassionate, nonjudgemental, empathic and a good active listener, you've found her. I have a passion for assisting others through their journey towards progression and healing. I have a fervor for life after having overcome many of my own challenges and I would like to help instill hope within you that things can get better!
I utilize a client-centered, solution-focused approach and work to empower my clients to recognize the strengths and problem-solving abilities that they have while providing psychoeducation and resources to assist in the process. I have experience working with clients with symptoms of depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, stress in college, and relationship conflict.
You don't have to struggle alone. Getting social support through therapy can be life changing and I'd love to be part of your journey!
