It's easy to feel as though you're supposed to have it all figured out, but you don't have to. If you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I am here to help. As an associate therapist, I’m deeply passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and older adults through difficult chapters of their lives. This can include managing interpersonal relationships, coping with major life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, identity development, or many times, simply needing a space to share internal hardship.

I partner with those who need a collaborative and supportive environment to slow down, process, and heal. In our sessions, I prioritize providing a safe and non-judgmental space for you to speak freely and share heavy emotions, while also collaborating with you to build practical tools and interventions. Additionally, I strongly believe connection is the bridge to healing, whether that is relationship with others, a larger community, or with oneself.

Above all, I believe in the inherent worth and strength of every individual, and that every person has the potential within them to discover meaningful growth. I look forward to providing a safe space and various tools for growth in our work together.

Every individual has the resilience and skills necessary for growth, and that belief anchors everything I do in our work together. Helping you recognize your full potential is something I feel passionate about, and that starts with building a safe, empowering space where you can share your thoughts and feelings openly.

From there, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness to offer insight and help you navigate life's transitions and challenges as you work toward your personal goals. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, tailored to your unique strengths and goals.

My path to becoming a therapist began by working with adolescents and at-risk youth, helping them navigate their mental health challenges. Along the way, I had the opportunity to work with individuals and families impacted by major life transitions as well as with individuals affected by major medical crises. This unique blend of specialized training and adolescent crisis experience shapes the care I provide, a combination that allows me to bring an empathetic space to each session, especially for patients navigating life's transitions.

I enjoy social Latin dancing, something I started about two years ago and quickly fell in love with. Reading romance fantasy books is another favorite of mine, and I'm always on the lookout for new book recommendations!
