Morning Light Counseling
College life can be exciting—and overwhelming. Balancing academics, relationships, identity, and future goals can feel like a lot to carry on your own. Reaching out for support is a strong and meaningful step.
You're busy and I understand that. I provide a flexible, online therapeutic space that is collaborative and down-to-earth for college students throughout Massachusetts to pause, reflect, and reset. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, we’ll work together to manage stress, build confidence, and navigate challenges in a way that feels practical and sustainable.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and equipped to move forward with clarity.
