I work with students facing a variety of situations and challenges including executive functioning, anxiety, depression, adjusting to college, social anxiety, family struggles, and relationship issues. Whether you are looking to improve your executive functioning, decrease anxiety and/or depression, or address other concerns, I offer a non judgmental environment for you. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, pulling from a variety of frameworks, leading with client strengths.
