Accepting clients Last Updated 20 days ago

I believe it's important to share a little about who I am outside of my work, as therapy is also about connection. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time in the garden or working on sewing projects. I would consider myself an advanced beginner in both, and I've come to appreciate the patience and care they require- skills that often mirror the processes of growth and change in therapy. In my practice, I support clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain as they navigate the challenges of life. I take a gentle, collaborative approach. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth.

I help people who are new to therapy and may feel unsure or nervous about starting. I specialize in working with individuals with substance use challenges, shame, guilt, and behavioral issues such as impulsivity. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can move at your pace. My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration.
Therapy can be intimidating, I encourage you to reach out with any questions. I am happy to offer a brief 15-20 minute phone call to see if I may be a good fit for you and your goals.
