I am passionate about helping others become the best versions of themselves and am committed to establishing a therapeutic partnership with you. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, warm, and empathetic environment where you can begin your healing journey and find clarity and balance while targeting ineffective beliefs and behaviors. We will work together while you learn the tools you need to identify areas of concern and create an action plan to address those concerns. My approach is strengths-based, client-centered, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have worked with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance abuse, and life-changing situations. I am committed to supporting you during this process to reach your goal of self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-control so that you can positively change your relationship with yourself and others.
