You’re capable, insightful, and often the “strong one”—but internally you struggle with self-criticism, anxiety, trauma, or relationships that feel more complicated than they should. You deserve a space where your emotional depth is understood, not pathologized, and where change feels possible.
I work collaboratively and relationally, helping you notice patterns, build compassion for yourself, and engage with the parts of you that have been trying to protect you. I draw from trauma-informed psychodynamic therapy, IFS, CBT, and mindfulness. I will help you let go of beliefs that no longer serve you and develop deep self-confidence in their place.
