Accepting clients Last Updated 6 days ago

Hi, I am Myken. I enjoy working with many ages and stages of life, to help individuals and families when they are feeling stuck. I have worked in many different care settings including residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient. I can help address anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

I believe that you are the expert on your own life and the greatest narrator to your story. I enjoy getting to know my clients and building a trusting relationship with them. I hope to create a space where you are seen, heard, and validated. I also want you to feel like you have someone there to help challenge you and support you in your growth. We will work together to come up with solutions and explore what works for you.

There are 168 hours in a week, and typically therapy is only one of them. In the time we are together we can identify patterns, process the impact of situations in your life, and discuss changes you can make in areas of your life to help you move forward towards your goals.
