Life can be challenging and leave you feeling alone and stuck in a pattern of unhealthy and unhelpful thoughts. It can be discouraging to feel stuck and unsure of your next step, but you are not alone. I specialize in helping people going through difficult life transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, or low self-esteem. Therapy is a dedicated space to understand and improve your life. Together we can work through your life challenges, build confidence, and increase awareness and understanding of your situation.

In therapy, I support you by providing guidance, strategies, and support so that you can achieve the life you have envisioned for yourself. We will utilize tools to decrease overthinking, strengthen your support system, and transform your way of thinking. We will build on the sense of empowerment that is already within you.

I believe that our life experiences, identity, belief systems, and culture make us who we are. Our work together will incorporate these experiences and beliefs. Going to therapy is an important step and I look forward to working with and supporting you on your journey to continued peace and healing!
