Together, we’ll consider what still rings true, what feels heavy, and what you may be ready to release.

I’m especially drawn to working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, as well as those navigating belonging, intersecting identities, and spiritual shame. Our work will move at your pace and center the questions that matter most to you. I’ll walk alongside you as we untangle confusion and constraints to foster greater connection, clarity, and choice.
