Why are bios so embarrassing? A bit about me, I view issues through a systems-based lens. I use person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and an integration of several other therapies to help my clients work through relationship issues, job and life stress, identity, anxiety, adjusting, and depression- to list a few. I strive to provide a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for my clients and strongly believe in the therapeutic relationship to strengthen progress.
