Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Starting therapy-especially with someone new— can feel like a big step. As a new therapist, I bring fresh energy, deep curiosity, and a strong commitment to creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and truly yourself. I lead with a person-centered approach and believe that meaningful change happens when you feel safe to explore your thoughts and experiences without judgment.

I work primarily with young adults navigating the complexities of identity, relationships, and the many transitions that come with this stage of life. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of where to begin, you're welcome here exactly as you are.
