Ideal clients would be those open to growth. I specialize in young adults and adults, in addition to families, couples, and groups. Clients may be a good fit if they are seeking a safe, compassionate, and healing space to be supported in their development of inner resources, and growth in healthy and loving relationships (with oneself, one’s Higher Power, and with others) towards wholeness, happiness, and peace.
I have supported clients through various life changes and struggles with the philosophy that people are experts of their own experiences.
My goal is to meet you where you are at, and to journey with you in setting and meeting your therapeutic goals.
