Practicing since 2007 in the counseling profession, I enjoy helping adults, adolescents, and families whom have difficulty coping with various change of life experiences, mental health, and behavioral issues. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I provide counseling services in a non-judgmental way, allowing clients the freedom to communicate openly in a safe environment. Treatment modalities include trauma informed cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and motivational interviewing therapies. I take great pride in helping others grow through their journey called life.

I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of Georgia and Oklahoma. Since 2007, I have practiced counseling in community, private practice, partial hospital, acute hospital, and residential settings. My education includes a bachelor of science degree from the University of West Alabama in biology education and a master of science degree from Southern Nazarene University in counseling psychology.
