Practicing since 2007 in the counseling profession, I enjoy helping adults, adolescents, and families whom have difficulty coping with various change of life experiences, mental health, and behavioral issues. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I provide counseling services in a non-judgmental way, allowing clients the freedom to communicate openly in a safe environment. Treatment modalities include trauma informed cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and motivational interviewing therapies. I take great pride in helping others grow through their journey called life.
I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of Georgia and Oklahoma.
