Morning Light Counseling

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, MA, LMHC
Accepting clients Last Updated 1 days ago

I work best with students who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves—even if everything looks “fine” on the outside. Many of the clients I work with struggle with anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, relationship stress, or low self-confidence. You might be the one others rely on, but inside you feel drained, disconnected, or unsure who you really are.

I also enjoy working with students navigating big transitions—starting college, changing paths, relationship challenges, or figuring out what comes next. If you tend to be hard on yourself, compare yourself to others, or feel like you’re never quite “doing enough,” you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep feeling that way.

In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you understand yourself more clearly, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being real—no pressure, no judgment—just support as you figure things out.
