I work with women who are exhausted from trying so hard.
Women who’ve spent years being the fixer and the helper. Women who have read the books and tried to stay ahead of the chaos but. Still. Feel. Stuck.
Using IFS and EMDR, I help clients to understand how to live life in a way that feels more spacious and joyful.
No Time for Weekly Therapy? Try a weekend intensive.
Intensives are powerful, extended therapy sessions designed to give focused attention to areas of your life that need healing and find lasting relief—quickly and safely. We use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help your brain and body release the pain of past experiences or old narratives, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to connect with and care for the parts of you that are exhausted from trying to keep it all together.
Instead of the stop-start-stop-start of traditional therapy, intensives help us get into the work, stay there, and more efficiently do what needs to be done, so you can get back to living your life. This format is also very personalized to your goals, from the structure to the schedule to the tools we use. Whether you're ready to move through a painful memory, shift shame-based beliefs, or interrupt a pattern that keeps showing up in your relationships, intensives give us the space to slow down and go deeper than traditional therapy often allows.
I offer in-person sessions at my Boulder and Lakewood office locations. Telehealth appointments available if you reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Minnesota and Florida.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
I will complete and submit paperwork on your behalf for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
