I am a transgender therapist who specializes working with trans and queer clients. In addition, my practice also focuses on working with people who have alternative relationships (open, poly, BDSM, etc), as well as with people who are neurodivergent or on the spectrum.
I utilize a variety of modalities including acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered psychotherapy and body-centered psychotherapy. All of the modalities, I use rest on the base of feminist-based psychotherapy. I would be happy to share and talk more about these different approaches with you!
