I'm a compassionate and dedicated therapist (LMSW) specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, athletics, personality disorders, and self-harm. With over a year of experience in both private practice and group therapy settings, I bring a diverse skill set to my work, including expertise in CBT, Psychosocial Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My approach to therapy is as dynamic as my background. A former college athlete, I understand the unique pressures and challenges faced by individuals navigating high-stress environments, whether in sports or other areas of life.

I integrate humor into sessions when appropriate, fostering a warm and relatable atmosphere where clients can feel comfortable and engaged. I'm passionate about traveling and enjoy discussions about dogs to build connections.
