Feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of college life? You're not alone. Many students struggle with relationships, academics, and the transition to adulthood. As a therapist with experience in university settings and private practice, I understand the unique pressures you face. I can help you navigate relationship issues, including dating, breakups, and building healthy connections. If you're struggling with anxiety or depression, we can work together using approaches like CBT, ACT, and DBT to develop coping skills and find ways to manage your stress.

My background includes working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals, on issues like anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and self-harming behaviors. I also specialize in couples therapy and can help you and your partner navigate challenges like conflict resolution, infidelity, and intimacy concerns.

With a Master of Social Work from Tulane University and a background in African American Studies from the University of Michigan, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. I believe in a whole-person approach to care, incorporating mindfulness techniques to help you slow down, increase self-awareness, and make positive changes.

Ready to take charge of your mental health and create a more fulfilling college experience? Reach out to schedule a consultation. Let's work together to help you thrive.
