College can be an exciting time, but it can also bring its share of challenges. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to navigate complicated relationships, family dynamics, or the pressures of school. Maybe you're struggling with your identity or managing the weight of expectations. Sometimes, you just need a space where you can be yourself and feel truly heard.

That’s where I come in. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, work through life’s challenges, and build a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that’s unpacking stressors in the here and now or reflecting on how earlier life experiences may still be affecting you.

As a queer Black woman, I understand the unique struggles many students face, especially those navigating the intersections of racial, sexual, and spiritual identities. I am particularly attuned to the experiences of Black and Brown students and anyone feeling the weight of trauma, cultural expectations, or systemic challenges.

You don’t have to go through this alone. Healing takes courage and connection. Let’s take the time to explore what makes you feel supported, empowered, and whole. If you’re ready to begin this journey, let’s start with a 15-minute consultation to see how I can support you.

As bell hooks reminds us, “Healing is an act of communion.” Let’s take this step together.
