Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I know reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but you're already taking an important step toward feeling better. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Whether you're navigating difficult relationship issues, recovering from a traumatic experience, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, where I also completed a Violence Against Women and Children certification. I've worked with many people who have faced intense life challenges, including first responders and 9/11 recovery workers, through my experience at Mount Sinai Hospital. Helping people through tough times has always been my passion.

In my practice, I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your path toward healing. Together, we’ll work on building skills to manage stress, resolve conflict, and cope with life’s ups and downs.

I specialize in couples therapy and relationship concerns, including conflict resolution, dating issues, divorce, infidelity, and intimacy. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or even living with a chronic illness, I can help you navigate those challenges, too. My goal is to give you the tools and strategies to face difficulties and start feeling more in control of your life.

We’ll work together in a way that feels right for you, using techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and supportive therapy. No matter where you're starting from, I’m here to help you feel more confident, connected, and hopeful.

If you’re ready to start your journey, or even if you’re just thinking about it, I’m here for you. Let’s take the next step together.
