Welcome. I offer counseling for students navigating life transitions, academic or career stress, cultural adjustment, relationships, and mental health concerns like anxiety, low mood, or overwhelm. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel understood and empowered to grow.

My approach is integrative, with a focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic work to help you explore and heal with compassion and curiosity. I have significant experience working with international students, expats, and individuals facing trauma, cultural challenges, and major life changes.
